The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to memontivo. memontivo operates an online store offering digital services for generating short video clips using artificial intelligence (the “Services”).
By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.

1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
memontivo provides a service consisting of creating personalized AI-generated video content based on materials submitted by the customer (e.g., photos).
The product is digital and created individually upon request.
2. ACCESS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION
To use the Services, the customer may be asked to provide:
- email address
- payment details
- photos or other materials
The customer declares that all provided information is accurate, up to date, and that they have the right to use such materials.
3. CONSENT TO USE LIKENESS
By submitting photos, the customer represents and warrants that:
- they have the rights to the likeness of the individuals shown, or
- they have obtained consent from those individuals (or their legal guardians)
The customer bears full responsibility for the legality of the submitted materials.
4. AI NATURE AND LIMITATIONS
The customer understands and accepts that:
- the final video is generated by artificial intelligence
- the result may differ from the person’s real appearance
- the Service is creative and artistic in nature
5. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase.
The order is accepted upon payment confirmation.
We reserve the right to refuse any order.
6. PRICING AND PAYMENTS
Prices may vary depending on the region (e.g., Poland and international markets).
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of purchase.
7. NO REFUNDS
Due to the digital and personalized nature of the product:
all orders are final and are not eligible for refunds or cancellation once processing has begun.
8. ORDER FULFILLMENT
The typical processing time is 24 hours.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on system load.
9. DATA STORAGE
Submitted photos and data:
- are used solely to fulfill the order
- are stored only for the time necessary to complete the service
- may be deleted after completion
10. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The customer is fully responsible for:
- submitted materials
- rights to likeness
- legality of the use of images
memontivo is not responsible for any violations of third-party rights.
11. LIABILITY
The Service is provided “as is”.
We do not guarantee:
- exact representation of a person
- absence of AI errors
- uninterrupted system operation
12. CONTENT OWNERSHIP
The customer receives the right to private use of the generated video.
13. PROHIBITED USE
It is prohibited to:
- submit illegal materials
- use the Service to violate third-party rights
- attempt to abuse the system
14. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
